Steven Swartz works out of Los Angeles County and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of litigation matters, including general civil liability, business law, commercial disputes, and employment law. He also works on transactional projects such as shareholder agreements, partnership buy-in agreements, and financial instruments.

Prior to joining Stimmel, Stimmel & Roeser, Mr. Swartz practiced general civil liability at the national trial firm, Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, where he represented institutional clients through mediation, trial, and appeal. His clients included Coca-Cola, Bed Bath & Beyond, and AIG.

Mr. Swartz is licensed to practice in the State courts of California, Missouri, Florida, and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Swartz attended the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, he earned several academic honors, including a Dean’s merit scholarship, multiple Dean’s Certificate of Achievement and C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future awards, and graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Swartz also served as a Member on the University of Miami’s Law Review.
